Author
Hans-Bernd Kittlaus is the founder and CEO of InnoTivum Consulting ( www.innotivum.com) and works as a consultant and trainer for software organizations, in particular in the areas of software product management and organizational aspects of software organizations. Before he was a Director of SIZ GmbH, Bonn, Germany (German Savings Banks Organization) and a Head of Software Product Management and Development units of IBM. He has published numerous articles and books, in particular Software Product ManagementThe ISPMA-Compliant Handbook and Study Guide, Springer, 2017 (with Samuel Fricker) and Software Product Management and PricingKey Success Factors for All Software Organizations, Springer, 2009 (with Peter Clough). Peter Clough was a Senior Vice President and management consultant with InnoTivum Consulting specializing on software pricing. Previously, he was an Enterprise Software Sales Executive and Manager of Software Offerings in IBMs Software Group and influenced, participated in or managed every major IBM software terms development between 1983 and 2008, after holding previous positions in IBMs hardware and software marketing and sales. Samuel Fricker is a Professor at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) and a Head a.i. of the FHNW Institute for Interactive Technologies. He received his Ph.D. degree in 2009 from the University of Zurich. Samuel spent his career in both industry and academia. Important industry stays were with Ericsson, ABB, and Zuehlke. In academia, he had a position as an Assistant Professor at the Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH). His applied research focuses on requirements engineering, socio-technological alignment, and validation of innovative digital products and platforms. Samuel is the coordinator of the Horizon2020 project GEIGER, participated in FP7 and Horizon2020 projects in various roles, and assists the European Commission as an expert reviewer and rapporteur. Gerald Heller works as a consultant and trainer on the topics of software product management and requirements management. Gerald has 30 years of experience in the IT field. During his career, he has covered various aspects of the product development life cycle. He holds a degree in computer science and is a member of the German informatics society (GI). Barbara Hoisl is an independent consultant and trainer. She specializes in Exponential Strategyhelping businesses thrive in a world driven by exponential change. Barbara draws on more than 30 years of experience in the software industry, including 14 years with the software business unit at Hewlett-Packard (HP). She holds a masters degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. Andrey Maglyas, D.Sc (Tech) is a managing director at Maglyas Consulting.
