Finishing

With rem length, sew halo to back of angels head.

Cut the cardboard tube down its side and then overlap the sides of the tube till its the desired diameter, after testing it inside the dress; secure with a piece of tape. Cut the tube to desired length. Wrap tube with plastic wrap and reinsert into the dress.
