This book discusses several different types of angels, but will often reference guardian angels, as those are the angels you will have the most intimate relationships with throughout your life. In this book you will learn more about guardian angelswho they are, what their commitment is to you, what they can do for you, and what they cant do for you. You will have many angels come and go throughout your life, showing up to help you navigate certain situations, offering healing from physical pain or emotional trauma, or teaching you specific knowledge as it becomes needed during your life journey. But your guardian angels are your core angels, and they are with you, every moment, through thick and thin. Their love and devotion to you is like that of Spiritit knows no bounds. In addition to guardian angels, well examine archangels and helper angels and the roles they can play in your life.

This book also offers the angel realms perspective on spiritual topics such as fate, free will, divine timing, and soul contracts. These messages from the angel realm will help reveal the enormous part Spirit plays in our earthly journey, as well as the practical details of Spirits influence. Many of these angel messages will help explain how angels work in our lives, and what angels want us to personally work on and work toward. Throughout the book youll be given many angel exercises to help you strengthen your bond with the angel realm. These exercises should increase your ability to recognize and receive angelic guidance. They will encourage you to seek the help, healing, and counsel of your angels more often. Many of the exercises are designed to bring you closer to the angel realm by inspiring you to see the world through the eyes of an angel, increasing your sense of compassion and tenderness, and encouraging you to act as a human angel in the world.

Each chapter contains several angel affirmations and angel prayers. These tools give you a quick, easy way to call upon the angels, or align yourself with the angel realm. Work with these prayers and affirmations anytime, anyplace. If a section in one of the chapters particularly resonates with you, or you find that section challenging, definitely spend some time working with the affirmation or prayer from that section. Affirmations help recalibrate our subconscious mind, which affects the energy we give off, what we attract into our lives, and how we feel about ourselves. Prayer enables us to call upon the angel realm for guidance and intercession.
