BARBARA HAND CLOW, AUTHOR OF
AWAKENING THE PLANETARY MIND
Timothy Wyllies books have come to be recognized as the foremost spiritual autobiographies of the age. In this latest installment Timothy steps aside to allow a companion angel to rejig the narrative from her point of view. Fulfilling Geoffrey Hodsons century-old prediction of The Brotherhood of Angels and Men, this book unveils the portal through which that brotherhood can emerge, and does so with style, humor, and grace.

Acknowledgments
Id like to finally express my long-felt appreciation for the patient, if amused, acceptance of my friends whove been witness to, and sometimes the focus of, Georgias involvement in my life. And to those I may have embarrassed in the ten-year cross-dressing phase that Georgia required of menow, thank heaven, no longer necessaryI trust this work will give new meaning to those awkward moments. I was never trying to look like a woman, for goodness sake!
To Juno Atkin, my Gemini twin and art partner for the past twenty-seven years and with whom I created the graphic images on pages 1, 4, 5, and 7 of this books color insert, my deep love and gratitude for our almost miraculous creative partnership. And to her husband, Kevin Sanders, a dear friend and fellow futurist, my thanks for taking on the indexing again, this time for a book that may well have pushed against the limits of your acceptance level. I think of it as gradually building a shared language to expand and deepen our discussions.
Byron Belitsos of Origin Press and Robert Davis of the Daynal Institute, both good friends now, have given Georgia and me solid and informed support throughout this process of writing with her. Robert, in particular, has been an invaluable help in reviewing the material and encouraging me to persist in the subsequent volumes. The unique expertise and spiritual integrity that Robert brings to his judgments have been profoundly valuable and encouraging.
I couldnt wish for a finer or more appropriate publisher for this book than Inner Traditions Bear & Company. Im especially grateful to Jeanie Levitan, Managing Editor; Jon Graham, Acquisitions Editor; and John Hays, Director of Sales and Marketing, for their consistent interest and support of my work. As Georgias Confessions might appear, at first glance, to test the integrity of deep memory and those strange borderlands where myth and herstory and memory coalesce, Im profoundly grateful for their emotional and spiritual courage in discerning authentic value in Georgias voice.
Im most thankful, too, to be working again with publicist Manzanita Carpenter in getting word of the book out there. My gratitude to Peri Swan for another evocative cover and to Virginia Scott Bowman for her elegant text design and layout. To all those at Inner Traditions Bear & Company, whom I dont yet know, who contribute so vitally to producing and marketing our books, my admiration and thankfulness for your caring and skill.
Ive been more than blessed to have been given the same editor, the brilliant and lively Anne Dillon, for both this and my earlier book The Return of the Rebel Angels (also a Bear & Company book). Not only is she a fine and thoughtful editor, one whose judgments really improve the work, her openhearted, intuitive, intelligence has supported from the start my tender collaboration with a discarnate entity. Anne has been, and continues to be, a delight to work with, and she will know what I mean when I say that there must have surely been some subtle angelic coordination behind bringing us together for Georgias story.
This is also an opportunity to thank Barbara Hand Clow directly for her radiant endorsement of The Return of the Rebel Angels. It remains my hope that Georgias narrative will continue to expand and deepen our understanding of the long and occulted herstory of the human race that is starting to emerge through the research and writings of Ms. Hand Clow and other such courageous and curious souls. These individuals are drawnif I may express it like thisto deep memory and the restoration of an awakening to humanitys glorious, yet troubled, origins.
There are a handful of incarnated angelsyou know who you arewho have read drafts of Georgias narrative and have encouraged us to continue in this unusual collaboration and to whom I send my love and gratitude for your support and helpful insights.
Of course, my most heartfelt respect and gratitude go to Georgia her self for the noos (yes, yes, I can make a joke at her expense) to tell her story and for her patient regard for my many frailties, as much as her firm refusal to accept them. As becomes evident, shes been artfully preparing me for this labor of love throughout my current lifetime in ways that I was unaware of at the timeand I know it hasnt been an easy assignment. All credit goes to you, sister.
Finally, Id be remiss if I didnt openly thank my angelic team, my two companion angels, whom I call Joy and Beauty, and to both Zophiel and Zadkiel, who have been so consistently helpful in my writing for the past thirty years. I also extend my loving gratitude to the Great Spirit, whom we all entertainmortals and celestials alikewhether we appreciate it or not. Writing Confessions with Georgia is a spiritual journey I never for a moment thought I would take. I never even conceived of it. After seventy-plus orbits around the sun, it seems to me a supreme wonder to still be so astonished and filled with joy.
Note to the Reader Regarding a Glossary of Terms and the Angelic Cosmology
In this work the author has coined or provided specialized definitions of certain words, some of which are derived from The Urantia Book, a key source text. A complete list of these terms and their meanings has been provided in the glossary at the back of this book for your ready reference. The reader will find a brief overview of the Angelic Cosmology, also drawn from The Urantia Book, in the appendix.
INTRODUCTION
Getting to Know Georgia
A Near-Death Experience, the Intuition Muscle, the Lucifer Rebellion, and Writing Collaboratively with Angels
Over the many years of following an elusive trail of nonhuman intelligences, Ive come to think of myself as an explorer of consciousness; I use my own mind as an experiential workbench. I have found that the extent to which I can feel and perceive, and sometimes understand, other intelligent life-forms in the universe almost entirely depends on my own state of consciousness.
