She also uses healing techniques as a tool so people can heal themselves as eternal souls. Always concerned about the health and wellbeing of others, she began her working life in the health industry, and worked as a Registered Nurse in Australia and Norway. During this time, she witnessed the suffering of many whose loved ones had died and, as healing on every level has been her motivation in life, it was logical for Kerrie to assist others by using her gift of spiritual mediumship to help them connect with their loved ones on the other side. Kerrie Erwin then became a professional psychic medium and now has many years of experience. She is currently performing around Sydney and Australia in the Rainbow Show, an educational program that teaches that spirit is always with us in our daily lives.

Dedication

T his book is dedicated to all my wonderful loving friends and family. It is also a tribute to all the people I have met along the way who have inspired me to believe in following my dreams and living my life to the fullest. I truly believe that now is the time on the planet to really know and love ourselves as souls so we can all move forward with the changing energy Mother Earth is now experiencing. As the energy on the planet moves, towards the new earth, so will we all, as souls through our love to one another and ourselves.

It is also about my lifes work and about my experiences to date and the lessons I have learnt. There may be others who have their own experiences, and that is their truth. It is not my intention to think I know it all because that would be incorrect. I only see myself as only a student of spirit who is continually growing and learning in the vast consciousness of all that is.

I also thank the Great Spirit for giving me the lessons I needed to learn through people I have met, who taught me about forgiveness and compassion. I would also like to thank my own loving guides and the master Jesus who has always been in my heart ever since I can remember.

I ask for healing and send love, light and peace to every living soul on the planet and to our loved ones who have passed over to the other side and who are still with us eternally in spirit, connected to our love that never dies.

Blessings to one and all

I would also like to send thanks to my own beloved family, Kathryn Baker for her inspiring artwork with my guides, and all the interesting friends and teachers along the way who have all taught me to believe in myself and my gift and the lesson of love and forgiveness, which is sometimes not easy to learn.

Introduction

You need to go back out into the workforce and get a job, said the little spirit woman, standing next to my client in my office one sunny day. There is nothing you can do for him, she said. I will help him, dont worry. Go and start your life again. You need to live again and your children need you.

From her chair on the opposite side of the table my client Vanessa just stared at me in silence, not knowing what to say. Tears of grief and sadness started to fill her eyes as she nodded in agreement.

Vanessa was going through one of the worst periods in her life. Her husband and soul mate had just been diagnosed with liver cancer and was given no hope. He was labelled not to be resuscitated; the doctor said there was nothing more he could do so now it was just left up to my client and her children to pick up the pieces.

The lady in spirit, who had once lived in Hong Kong, went on to say what a good wife my client had been to her son and it wasnt her fault that she had not noticed how sick her husband really was until it was far too late.

Vanessa was amazed at how much the spirit woman knew about her life and that of her family. She could not believe her ears, as she had met her husbands mother only once, almost 20 years ago. How was it was possible that her mother-in-law, who had passed over so many years ago, knew so much about her life and what was going on? She seemed to know all about the terrible tragedy that was taking place in the family she had left behind. It was almost as if she was still alive and living in the same house.

I explained to my client that this is often the case with spirit. There are no secrets in the afterlife. Spirit is always around us as our loved ones who have crossed over to the other side always live through our love, which is eternal. Spirit always knows what is going on and they always know what we are up to. They sometimes will leave no stone unturned until they are able to get to us and give us a message.

Please dont blame yourself, I said. Your husband loves you very much and is just trying to put on a brave face. I feel he is actually terrified, but his mother has come in now in spirit and will help prepare him for his journey over to the other side, I continued softly, holding her hand and trying to comfort her as tears welled up in my eyes.

Nothing in our lives ever prepares us for death. It is extremely sad to see people who are just about to lose a loved one going through so much pain. When someone we love dies in our life, it is time of reflection about our immortality as souls.

It teaches us to open up our hearts and love and forgive everyone in our life who is around us, and who we have ever loved. This work brings up the spirit of hope, the spirit of strength and the spirit of love.

Even though our souls live on forever, as life is eternal, the sad part is when we lose a loved one in reality we are not going to see them anymore, at least not in this lifetime anyway. That is the part that breaks our hearts.

Will I ever see him again when he is dead? she cried, wiping her eyes.

When it is your turn to pass over, you will return to your soul group and see him again. You have probably lived together in many lives before that is why your love is so strong, I said.

What will happen to him when he dies? she asked, crying softly, blowing her nose and staring blankly into mid-air.

His guide will come and take him over to the other side where he will be joined with all his loved ones, who have already made the journey, I told her. His mother will join his guide as well. I feel this only because she is here today to make contact with you. It seems he has a lot of spirit people around his energy already, all waiting for him when he returns home to spirit.
