Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes; top with cheeses and ham. Set aside. Beat milk, eggs and salt; pour over cheese mixture. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in cups; remove to an ungreased baking sheet. Place 2 slices bacon in the bottom of each pastry cup; sprinkle each with 1/4 cup cheese. Place one egg in each cup; top each with one tablespoon milk. Sprinkle with nutmeg and pepper.
