Dedication

This book is dedicated to my mom, Elizabeth Henson Young. She always loved the saying keep it real. Over the years, she taught me that hard work is goodbut its just not hard work, its smart work. It is the tricks we learn over time that make life easier (and, often, large companies dont want these secrets out because then their products are not needed!). Thank you, Mom!
