1) Chia Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie
Start your morning with this succulent strawberry and chia pudding.

Ingredient List:
- Rolled oats ( cup)
- Frozen strawberries (14 items)
- Vanilla extract ( teaspoons)
- Greek yogurt non-fat vanilla (6 oz.)
- Almond milk ( cup)
- Chia seed (1 teaspoon)
- Banana (1, broken into chunks)

Preparation:
1. Add oats and chia seed into a blender and blend it to a fine consistency.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

2) Strawberry Mint Chia Fresca
This Fresca is not only refreshing and healthy for you, it is very easy to prepare

Ingredient List:
- Ripe strawberries (2 cups)
- Water (1 cup)
- Fresh mint leaves (1 cup)
- Coconut water (17.5 ounces)
- Lime juice ( cup)
- Lemon juice ( cup)
- Agave nectar (2 tbs.)
- Chia seeds (1/3 cup)

Preparation:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

- Chia seeds (1/3 cup)

- Dried onion (1 tbs., chopped)

- White Sugar (1 cup)
- Canola oil (1/3 cup)
- Eggs (2 large)
- Egg white (1)
- Pumpkin beer (1/3 cup)
- Pumpkin puree ( can or 15 ounces)
- Chia seed ( cup)
- Water ( cup)

Preparation:
1. Make sure you preheat oven at 350 degrees F. In a bowl add the first six ingredients. Whisk ingredients until combine and set it one place set aside.
2. In a large bowl add the other six ingredients then whisk until smooth. In a small bowl add the last two ingredients and then whisk to thoroughly combine ingredients. Add the chia mix in the large bowl, then slowly add the flour mix. Ensure that all mix is whisked until smooth in consistency.
