About the Authors

Deanna Anderson is the author of Magick for the Kitchen Witch (2009) and Magick for the Elemental Witch (2010). A third-degree progressive Pagan with a local coven, she has been practicing for almost ten years. Deanna is a certified freelance writer with Penn Foster (2010) and has been studying tarot for four years. In 2011, she created the study group STAR: Sumter Tarot and Runes.

Blake Octavian Blair is an eclectic Pagan, ordained minister, shamanic practitioner, writer, Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, tarot reader, and musical artist. Blake blends various mystical traditions from the East and West along with a reverence for the natural world into his own brand of modern Neo-Paganism and magick. Blake holds a degree in English and Religion from the University of Florida. Deborah Blake is a Wiccan High Priestess who has been leading Blue Moon Circle for years. She also runs The Artisans Guild and works as a jewelry maker, a tarot reader, and an Intuitive Energy Healer. She lives in rural upstate New York with five cats who supervise her activities, both magickal and mundane.

Boudica is best known for her professional reviews of books on paganism. She and her husband ran the Wiccan/Pagan Times website until retiring it to pursue other ventures. She also ran Zodiac Bistro, a repository of articles, commentaries, and reviews. A supporter of building Pagan community, she has worked in covens and also has a solitary practice. She also presents at events and holds public workshops in the Northeast, and now runs an online bookstore and reads tarot cards for clients. Boudica lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with her husband of many years and her cats.

Emily Carlin is an eclectic witch, mediator, and attorney based in Seattle, Washington. She specializes in shadow work and defensive magick. Emily teaches extensively online at the Grey School and at Pagan events around the Puget Sound area. Her book Defense Against the Dark , a guide to all things that go bump in the night and what to do about them, is available online and at major retailers.

Dallas Jennifer Cobb practices gratitude magic, giving thanks for her magical life, happy and healthy family, meaningful and flexible work, and joyous life. She believes the Goddess will provide time, energy, wisdom, and money to accomplish all her deepest desires. She lives in paradisea waterfront village in rural Ontario.
