I feel like Im still in the honeymoon phase, and I dont mean that about my marriage (although thats true, too!)I mean that about Inspiralized. Im often asked, How do you have so much energy to do everything you do? My honest answer? There are 25 to 30 different fruits and veggies you can spiralize. The most common are:

There are certain vegetables and fruits that can be spiralized, but arent used as noodle alternativestheyre spiralized as a beautiful garnish or a more fun shape. Some of these include:
