Praise for Big Girls Do It Running

You have nothing to lose but weight, right? What better way to learn than with someone who has been through the trenches, put in the work, done the research, and has found a solution that works? I believe in Jasinda as a friend, an author, and now as a pioneer. You will too! Pamela C, 37

This was the simplest change I could ever make. It was super easy to do and I really didnt have to think about it at all. All you do is eat, walk or jog, and you lose weight. It couldnt be simpler than that. Jennifer O, 34

One of my favorite things to come from this experience is that my whole family has become involved. Were in the kitchen together most nights cooking dinners, and we eat out a lot less. But I love that it is not difficult at all to stay within our lifestyle changes on evenings when we do choose to eat out. I dont feel deprived; I can still have chocolate and ice cream. I dont have to weigh out perfect portions; I dont have to leave the table hungry or unsatisfied, and there is no calorie counting. There are none of the things in this program that made me give up on past attempts at weight loss. Andrea G, 40

The Big Girls Do It Running revolution has truly saved me. At the start of this year I was frustrated and didnt know where to turn, or what other diet I could possibly try. This process is has been so successful for me because Jasinda herself has experienced the same struggles so many of us have. Thank you, Jasinda, for being such a light to in my life. I am so grateful for you and your guidance. I feel my life is being transformed. I feel I am discovering my true self! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Donna K, 38

This woman and her program have saved my life. A few weeks before being selected for this wonderful journey I was told I was going blind because of my diabetes. My blood sugars have always run in the 300s, even with up to six insulin injections a day. At this point I had given up in on life. This program has gotten got me off insulin in four weeks. For the first time in 15 years my blood sugar is normal. Jasinda has helped me to be able to see for many years to come. Sara W, 28

As a single girl living in a big city, its important that I can eat meals out, and this plan not only lets me do that, but it makes it easy to do! The Wilder Way does take some adjustment, but once you get used to it, it feels natural and easy. Its something you can live with for the rest of your life and never feel deprived. I will always be grateful to Jasinda for inviting me to be part of this process and for helping me change my health and my body for the better. Michelle K, 32

Jasinda Wilders plan, The Wilder Way, is educational and easy to follow. You dont have to count calories or measure out everything you eat. There are no bland, prepackaged meals, no chalky shakes to choke down, no starving yourself; you eat REAL food. Not only does The Wilder Way provide you with delicious new recipes to try, but also healthier versions of old favorites like cookies and cake! This is not a diet, fad, or gimmick, its a plan you will want to continue for life. I have accomplished some amazing things in just eight weeks: Ive lost pounds and inches, Ive gone from a sedentary lifestyle to participating in a 5K, Ive kicked my pop habitand Ive been able to stop taking one of my daily medications. Most importantly, I feel better, physically and mentally, than I have in YEARS. Kerry G, 44

But, before you begin reading, I want you to know that I am not a health expert. In fact, Im about the farthest thing from an expert you could imagine. Im just a mom, a wife, and a daughter with a little bit of wisdom and a lot of personal experience to share. I truly hope that by sharing my journey I will be able to help anyone who is trying to look at their health and their life in a different way.
