I am now in my 40s but while I was growing up, I had dealt with problems like hypertension, metabolic issues, and constant swings between weight loss (which made me feel happy) and weight gain (which often made me feel like a failure). When I reached the ripe age of thirty, I told myself that it was time to make a change. I didn't want to have to deal with weight issues for the rest of my life so I started researching.
As I was researching, I discovered juicing and I was hooked ever since. For more than a decade, I have learned everything I can about juicing. I had also worked hard to perfect the best juicing recipes to help shed excess pounds and maintain a healthy weight long-term. Apart from this, I also learned the best types of juices and juice recipes that helped me overcome some of my chronic health problems. Juicing has allowed me to focus more on my nutrition and through this, I discovered the most effective holistic solutions that actually work.
After doing research, I applied everything I learned. I evolved from a juicing beginner to a juicing master. Over the past few years, I had also studied new juicing ingredients, recipes, and equipment to refine the process and get the most out of it. After years of studying this concept, applying my knowledge, and coming up with my own tips and strategies, I felt experienced enough to share what I know with others... and so I wrote this eBook.
Teaching other people all about juicing is important to me because it is the one thing that I attribute my health improvements to. I have tried so many methods in the past and yet, none of them seemed to work for me. But through juicing, I have become happier and healthier. Because of this, I believe that other peopleyes, even you!can get the same great results with the right knowledge and guidance. As someone who has tried, tested, and succeeded in juicing, I can promise you that everything you will learn in this eBook will help you become a juicing master too. As time goes by, you will start noticing the many benefits that juicing has to offer.
