Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees F. 2. Add water to the filling pan of the smoker. 3. Place the dripping pan and add wood chips to the side drawer. 4.
Mix ground beef with pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. 5. Make 4 small patties out of this beef mixture. 6. Spread each patty into a rectangle and layer it with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Jalapenos. 7.
Roll each rectangle and seal it completely by wrapping bacon weave around. 8. Place the beef rolls in the smoker. 9. Cook for 1 hour and 45 minutes. 10.
Slice the roll and serve.
