Place potato wedges in the bowl. Toss with oil and bagel seasoning.
Arrange on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
Check each side of the wedges if toasted well. Return to the toaster and bake until golden brown.
Serve with sauce. Baked potato wedges are ready.

Instructions:
Toast the brown bread slices.
Spread mayonnaise on the one side of the bread. Put swiss cheese slice on the other bread slice.
Place lettuce on the one bread and turkey slices on the other bread.
Now, put tomato slices on the one bread and cucumber slices on the other bread slice.
Season with salt & pepper. Fold in together.
Turkey sandwich is ready.
