  • 1 pack of Ideal Protein Maple Oatmeal
  • ts p . of bake r s style baking soda
  • ts p . of bake r s style baking powder
  • ts p . of powdered cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 ts p . of Splenda
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 to 4 ounces of water

Direction s :

. Preheat the oven to 350 degree s .

. In a bowl, add in the plain crepe mix, oatmeal, powdered cinnamon, dash of salt, Splenda, baking powder and sod a . Stir well to mi x .

. Add in the egg white and wate r . Stir well until smooth in consistenc y .

. Pour the batter into a greased muffin pan, filling each cup 2/ 3 of the way ful l .

. Place into the oven to bake for 15 to 20 minute s .

Remove and cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before servin g .

  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 ts p . of lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs p . of extra virgin olive oil
  • cup of flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 ts p . of cumin seeds
  • 2 Tbs p . of serrano chile, seeds removed and minced
  • 1 ts p . of black pepper
  • ts p . of salt
  • 1 pounds of sea scallops
  • cup of cashews, chopped

. Prepare the sala d . In a bowl, add in the cucumbers, chopped cashews, scallions, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, chopped parsley and dash of sal t . Stir well to mi x .
