Ingredients:
- Freeze-Dried strawberries, 60 g
- Vanilla, teaspoon
- Unsweetened shredded coconut, 60 g
- Unsweetened almond milk, 60 ml
- Unflavored Whey protein powder, 60 g
- Dark chocolate, 80 g
Method:
Process dried strawberries until grounded then add whey, vanilla and coconut. Process again until a fine grounded mixture is formed.
Stir milk in the mixture and process until everything is well incorporated.
Line a loaf pan with wax paper and transfer the mixture into it.
Use a spatula to evenly spread the mixture.
Refrigerate until the mixture is set.

Method:
