Ingredients:

1 cup oat meal flour (pulse into food processor to make flour)

1 cup chocolate protein powder

1 tsp. raw cacao powder

1 tsp. cinnamon

cup peanut butter

1 tbsp. honey

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

cup chopped cashew

2 tbsp. cacao nibs

Directions:

  1. Combine ground oats, protein powder, cacao powder, and cinnamon.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk peanut butter and honey into almond milk to form a smooth mixture.
  3. Pour peanut butter mixture into dry ingredients and mix well. The dough should be clumpy. Stir in cashews and cacao nibs.
  4. Grease a 8x10 inch pan. Pour dough into prepared pan, pushing it down and press evenly. Refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours until set.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.
Shape-Up Berry Coconut Almond Protein Bar
Ingredients:

1/4 cup dried blueberries

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup oatmeal

1/3 cup finely chopped almonds

1/2 cup pure honey

1 cup almond butter

cup non-fat milk

Directions:
  1. Grease a 9x7 inch pan.
  2. Microwave honey and almond butter together in low heat for 30 seconds until melted.
  3. Add protein powder and oats. Mix well. Add milk gradually until it reaches the appropriate consistency.
  4. Mix in the dried blueberries and cranberries and press into prepared pan.
  5. In a small pan, lightly toast the sliced almonds and coconut for a few minutes in low heat. Dont overcook it.

  7. Put in the freezer for one hour. Cut into bars and serve

Ingredients:

1 cup natural peanut butter

cup raw honey

2 cup gluten-free oats

5 tbsp. vanilla whey protein powder

1 cup non-dairy milk

Directions:
  1. Combine honey and peanut butter together.
  2. Add whey protein powder and oatmeal. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add in milk until it reaches the desired consistency. Dough should be thick and sticky.
  4. Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper.
  5. Pour the dough into the pan and press well with your hands or with a spoon.
  6. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours until set. Cut into 1x1 inch squares and serve.
Regenerating Nuts and Seeds Protein Bar
Ingredients:

2 tbsp. flaxseeds

2 tbsp. sunflower seeds

cup mixed nuts

1/3 cup natural peanut butter

cup oatmeal

cup whole wheat flour or oat bran

6 tbsp. vanilla protein powder

1 cup soya milk

2 tsp. vanilla

cup honey

Directions:
  1. Grease a 9x9 inch pan and set aside.
  2. Combine oatmeal, oat bran, protein powder, seeds and nuts in a bowl.
  3. Stir in natural peanut butter, honey, milk and vanilla until well blended.
  4. Spread into prepared pan with a wooden spoon. Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours until firm.
  5. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
