Take 7 wooden skewers to thread all fruits on e- b y- one on the m .
Take 1 skewer and thread all fruits on it, such as 1 strawberry, 1 orange piece, 1 piece mango, 1 raspberry, 2 blueberries, 1 red and 1 green grape, 1 pineapple and finish with 1 kiwi piec e .
One Skewer is read y. You have to replicate this process with the rest of the fruits and skewe r .
You can change the fruits or even their arrangements on the skewer s .

2. Fruity Yogurt

- Sunflower see d: 1 tablespoon
- Pumpkin see d: 1 tablespoon

- Berrie s: 2 handfuls
- Vanilla yogur t: 200g
Metho d :
Take a bowl and mix all seeds and nuts in this bow l .
Add berries and banana slices in the same bowl and top all fruits with yogur t .

3. Flapjacks
Descriptio n: This is a fruity and healthy version of nut bar s. These are packed with oats and seed s. Your children will surely like the m .
Preparation Tim e: 30 minutes
Serving s:
Ingredient s :
- Stoned dat e: 150g
- Lo w- fat sprea d: 100g
- Agave syru p: 3 tablespoons
- Chopped aprico t( dr y ) : 500g
- Chopped Hazelnu t( toaste d ) : 50g
- Mixed see d: 3 tablespoons
- Raisi n: 50g
- Porridge oa t: 150g
Metho d :
Heat oven to almost 375 F .
Use food processor to process dates in it for a few minutes to chop the m .
Take a saucepan and heat agave syrup, processed dates and lo w- fat spread in this pan on medium hea t .
Spoon this mixture into the lined baking tin and spread it equall y .
Bake, this mixture for 20 minutes until golden brow n .
Remove from oven and let them cool for a few moment s .
Cut their square pieces and leave this tin until completely col d .
You can store these flapjacks in an airtight containe r .
4. Apple Muffins
