12 chicken cubes
2 oz flour
2 oz sago
1 egg

1 cup sunflower oil
Procedure
Whisk the egg.
Mix the flour, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
Soak sago for half an hour in water.
Then remove the water and keep it in a bowl.
Dip the chicken cubes in the egg. Then dip them in flour.
Finally, dip them in the bowl of sago.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the nuggets.
Place some paper towels on a large plate.
Keep the nuggets on them after frying to get rid of the excess oil.
Quinoa Cups with Vegetables
You will need a muffin tray for this recipe. Use cooked quinoa to make the cups. You can even use cooked short-grain rice instead of quinoa.
