Grilled Sunday Dinner Recipes
We start you off with some grilled recipes because we know you wanna have some time outdoors. So, fire up that grill this weekend and enjoy these classics. We have grilled chicken, burgers, and a little surprise here and there for you.
Grilled Chicken Wings with Carrots & Celery
These wings are simply a wonderful mix of both spicy and sweet flavors from the harissa and honey. Most times, grills tend to cook unevenly, and therefore, it is important to keep the wings moving around in order to ensure that the skin is crisp without burning it.
The traditional chicken wing sides of celery and carrots are alongside this incredible recipe for a quick dinner on your grill.
Total Time: 45 minutes
Servings: 4
Calories: 504
Ingredients:
Honey 2 tbsp., divided.
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp., divided.
Olive oil 1 tbsp.
Salt tsp.
Ground pepper tsp.
Carrots 1 pound, around 6 of them.
Celery 1 pound, about 6 of them.
Chicken wings 3 pounds.
Harissa paste 2 tbsp.
Melted butter 1 tbsp.
Instructions:
Start by preheating the grill to a medium high heat.
Then, mix 1 tbsp. of the lemon juice and honey, then add the salt, oil and pepper in a bowl.
Add the celery and carrots to the rimmed baking sheet and then drizzle them with this mix. Toss them to coat all over.
Then, grill the chicken while turning it around and moving them about the grill every two minutes till they are slightly charred on all sides, and that an insta-thermometer reads 165 degrees F.
Grill all the veggies on the grill directly and turn them around occassionally till they are tender and charred slightly, about 12 minutes.
Then, combine the butter and harissa with the remaining lemon juice and honey in a bowl and then add the chicken and toss them around to coat.
Serve this while hot with the veggies.
Enjoy on a lovely Sunday evening.
Kimchi Pork Burgers
Okay, so its time for some burgers. This amped-up recipe is for ground pork and beef, which will give you similar protein, but it has a mild flavor that allows it to be one of the boldest Asian flavors ever!

Ingredients:
Ground pork 1 pound.
Scallions 1 cup, and 8 extra, and trimmed.
Chopped Kimchi cup, divided.

Low-fat mayonnaise 1/3 cup.
Honey 1 tsp.
Low-sodium soy sauce 1 tsp.
Rice vinegar 1 tsp.
Whole-wheat burger buns 4.
Instructions:
Start by preheating the grill to high.
Then, mix the cup of kimchi, with cup scallions, pepper, and fish sauce in a large bowl and then form four patties of about 4 inches wide each.
Then, grill the patties while turning them around once till they read 160 degrees F on an internal thermometer, about 4-6 minutes on each side is enough.
Now, transfer them onto a plate and leave them to rest for about 10 minutes.
Next, brush the cabbage and the whole scallions with oil and grill them till they are charred. About one minute is enough on both sides.
Then, cut the scallions into two-inch pieces and chop the cabbage coarsely.
In a small bowl, add the honey, mayonnaise, vinegar, soy sauce and the remaining sliced scallions and then serve the burgers on the buns.
Add the sauce and enjoy.
