  • Broccoli (chopped) 2 cups
  • Spinach 1 bunch
  • Sausage (crumbled) 1 cup
  • Eggs 5
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Butter 2 tablespoons

Instructions:

1. Heat the oven to 375 F. On the other hand, cut the spinach into small pieces.

2. Get a pan and melt the butter in the pan. Add spinach in it and saute it well in the butter. Now add the sausages and broccoli in it and stir it well. Let it cook for 5 minutes.

3. Beat the eggs together in a separate bowl and add it to the mixture. Now prepare the baking tray. Pour the mixture into the tray and let it bake for 10 minutes.

4. When baked, it is ready to eat and enjoy!

  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil 1/3 cup
  • Broccoli (chopped) 2 cups
  • Cider vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder teaspoons
  • Garlic cloves (chopped) 4
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Parsley (chopped) 1 bunch
  • Almonds (chopped) cup
  • Cheese 2 ounces.
  • Scallions (chopped) cup

Instructions:

1. Warm the stove to 400F. Cut the eggplant into squares and put them in a bowl. Sprinkle salt and put aside while making the marinade.

2. Whisk together the olive oil, juice vinegar, nectar, smoked paprika, and cumin. Add garlic also. Spread the eggplant and broccoli on the baking sheet. Let it bake for about 20 minutes.

3. Whisk together the lemon juice and soy sauce. Now take out the eggplant from the oven and blend the mixture with it.

4. Mix in the parsley leaves smoked almonds and cheese in it. In the end, add the scallions which should be chopped beforehand.

3. Add spices such as salt and pepper according to your taste and then stir all the material. Add the spinach and broccoli which should be cut into small pieces. Stir fry all of them and when done, it is ready to serve.

  • Lemon juice 1 cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

1. Mix the carrot matchsticks, defrosted edamame, sesame seeds and cleaved cilantro in a bowl. Add salt and pepper according to taste and keep it aside.

2. Get a medium sized bowl and add orange juice, broccoli, lemon juice, salt and pepper, honey, ginger (minced) and grapeseed. Now pour this over the other bowl and mix it well.
