Chapter I - Getting Started with Chili Recipes

(1) Spicy Chili Rice
The easiest and quick lunch recipe for you to make in the morning if you are late to work!
Total Prep Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 2 to 3 servings
List of Ingredients:
- Eggs beaten 2
- Red chilies chopped 1 cup
- Red chili sauce 2 tablespoons
- Butter as needed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Rice optional

Instructions:
1. Take a pan and add butter to it. Let it melt on low heat.
2. Meanwhile, whisk eggs. Mix them well adding salt and pepper to it. Whisk it well.
3. When done, pour the entire mixture into the pan and cook until it turns a light brown color. Add red chili and red chili sauce.
4. Boil the rice separately and mix both ingredients.
5. When done, serve!
(2) Ground Beef with Peppers
You would be able to extract protein and energy out of this dish so make sure to try it this way today!

Yield: 2 to 3 servings
List of Ingredients:
- Coconut oil 2 tablespoons
- Onion chopped 1
- Ground beef 1 pack
- Red chilies chopped 1 cup
- Red chili sauce 2 tablespoons
- Spinach 1 bunch
- Salt and pepper
- Bell pepper 2

Instructions:
1. Get a pan and add coconut oil in it. Add the onions in it and let it cook for 2 minutes.
2. Now add grounded beef in it and cook it well. Stir it with the onions so that it mixes with the taste.
3. Add salt and pepper according to taste when cooked.
4. Add spinach which should be cut into small pieces and stir the whole mixture well. Add red chili and red chili sauce.
5. Cover the pan with the lid and let it cook for 15 minutes, open the lid in the middle and add the bell peppers which should be diced before. Mix it lightly and cover the pan again.
6. When cooked, it is ready to serve.
(3) Chili Chicken Butter

List of Ingredients:
- Coconut oil 1 tablespoon
- Butter 1 teaspoon
- Chicken sliced 1 lb.
- Red chilies chopped 1 cup
- Red chili sauce 2 tablespoons
- Chicken broth 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Lime zest 1
- Ground pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat the coconut oil in a pan adding butter to it. Now add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
2. Then add the lime zest over it with the chicken broth, salt and pepper and coconut milk in it. Add red chilies and red chili sauce.
3. Mix well and keep stirring.
4. When cooked, serve it in a plate and enjoy the delicious recipe!
(4) Chili Spinach Dish
This is a complete lunch delight for your weekend. Easy recipe to take away your afternoon hunger!
Total Prep Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 3 to 4 servings
List of Ingredients:
- Oil 1 tablespoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Spinach chopped a bunch
- Red chilies chopped 1 cup
- Red chili sauce 2 tablespoons
- Onion chopped 1
- Cheese any, shredded 1 pack
- Garlic chopped, minced 2 cloves
- Potato mashed 1
- Eggs 2 beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Milk 1/2 cup

Instructions:
1. Mash potatoes in a bowl.
2. Add the milk and mix it well. Break the eggs into the bowl and mix salt and pepper according to taste.
3. Now take about half spoon butter and mix it in there as well. Put the whole mixture into the baking dish and keep it aside. Add red chili and red chili sauce.
4. Meanwhile, heat the pan and pour oil as needed. Warm it up and add onion and spinach in it.
5. Cook them well and then add garlic as well. Let them cook for about 5 minutes.
6. After its cooked, add the mixture on top of the potato mixture in the baking dish and sprinkle the cheese over it.
7. Stir the entire mixture and serve when ready!
(5) Chili Chicken Coconut Curry
If you wish to eat something stomach full and healthy as well, then this is the best recipe that you can try!

List of Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 2 pounds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil teaspoons
- Curry powder 2 tablespoons
- Onion sliced
- Garlic cloves minced 2
- Red chilies chopped 1 cup
- Red chili sauce 2 tablespoons
- Coconut milk 1 can
- Tomatoes diced 1 can
- Tomato sauce 1 can
- Sugar 2 tablespoons

Instructions:
1. Grab the boneless chicken pieces and season them with salt and pepper.
2. Now heat oil in a pan and add the curry powder in it. Then add the garlic and onions in it and stir them well.
