Recipe 1: Chicken Soup with Noodles
Total Prep Time: 35 minutes Yield: List of Ingredients:
- 10 cups of water
- 1 chicken soup cube
- 3 carrots
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 celery stick
- 3 tablespoons of ginger ( powdere d )
- 3 cups of noodles
- 10 o z . of chicken meat
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

In a cooking pot, prepare the soup with water and chicken soup cube. 4. Add celery, carrot, ginger, and garlic. Cook for around 20 minutes. 5. 6. 6.
Add noodles to the chicken meat and cook for another 8 minutes. Later, add lemon juice.
Recipe 2: Rice Rolls with Chicken, Shrimps, and Vegetables

- 1 carrot
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 8 rice sheets for rolling
- 8 cleaned and cooked shrimp tails
- 15 o z . of chicken meat
- Chili sauce to taste

Cut carrot, avocado, and cucumber into lines. 3. Put 2 shrimp tails and a little of every vegetable into each rice sheet. Roll them tightly. 4. When you are out of shrimp tails, put cooked chicken meat instead.
So, you should have 4 of both. 5. Serve the rolls with chili sauce!
Recipe 3: Chicken and Zucchini in Cheese Sauce
Total Prep Time: 50 minutes Yield: List of Ingredients:
- 3 zucchinis
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 8 o z . of chicken meat
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 milled garlic
- 1 cup of cream
- 6 o z . of cheese
- cup of parmesan
- 3 tablespoons of parsley

Cut the chicken meat into small lines too. 3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and prepare chicken. Spice it. 4. Add garlic and stir for 1 minute more.
Then add the cream and cheese. Cook for another 5 minutes. 5. Mix zucchinis with meat, pour them with parsley and enjoy!
Recipe 4: Dry Bread with Eggplants and Cheese
Total Prep Time: 45 minutes Yield: List of Ingredients:
- cup of cut onion
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 4 o z . of tomato sauce
- cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of oregano
- 2 tablespoons of cut parsley
- teaspoon of salt
- 1 big eggplant
- 16 o z . of cheese
- cup of dry bread
- 1 cup of parmesan

Fry onion in oil until it gets soft. Add tomato sauce, water, oregano, parsley, and salt. Stir for 10 minutes. 2. Cut eggplant into small lines. 3.
Place one row of eggplants on the bottom of a casserole dish. Cover it with 1/3 of the vegetable mixture. On top, place pieces of the cheese. 4. Add another row of eggplants, and cover it with the rest of the mixture combined with dry bread (which you previously cut into small cubes). 5.
Pour parmesan on the top and bake for 25 minutes at 200 F. 6. Enjoy!
Recipe 5: Tuna Sandwich
Total Prep Time: 15 minutes Yield: List of Ingredients:
- 8 o z . of tuna
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 hamburger breads
- 1 tomato
- 1/ 4 onion
- 2 cups of lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a frying pan, fry tuna for 2 minutes while constantly mixing. 3. Cut the tomato into circles and onion into small pieces. 4. Put ingredients into hamburger and serve!
Recipe 6: Beet and Feta Sauce
Very tasty sauce with low levels of fats and carbohydrates. This meal it could be eaten with bread or any other side meal.

- 3 beets
- 4 o z . of feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of lemon crust
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/ 2 garlic clove
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Methods: 1. Roll the beet into aluminum foil and bake it in a baking tray for 45 minutes at 250 F. 2. Let it cool and then blend it with everything listed except oil. 3.
Gradually add oil until mixture gets compact.
Recipe 7: Baked Apples

- 6 cups of apples
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/ 4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 pack of baking powder
- 1 egg
- teaspoon of cinnamon
- teaspoon of melted butter

Put apples into the baking tray. 4. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, pour the mixture over apples. 5. Mix flour and baking powder. Separately, mix eggs with flour and then gradually join 2 mixtures together.
