Here is a bowl of delicious breakfast noodles with asparagus, sausage, egg, and squash. The combination is killer and surprisingly a quick dish.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
Instructions:
1. Boil the noodles in salted water for 5 minutes.
2. Drain them and pour cold water on top.
3. In a large pan, add half the oil and stir in the garlic and onion.
4. Toss until they are golden. Add the sausage and squash cubes and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add the asparagus and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add the boiled noodles, coriander, soy sauce, oregano, salt and pepper.
7. Stir for 3 minutes. Take off the heat. Heat the rest of the oil in a pan.
8. Fry the eggs with a pinch of salt, oregano and pepper. Add on top of each noodle bowl. Serve.
Edamame Asparagus Egg Bake
Talk about a quick and effortless breakfast! All you have to do is gather the veggies and eggs on a tray and sprinkle your favourite spices and herbs on top. Add in the oven, and you are good to go!

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

1. Grease your tray using cooking spray.
2. Arrange the asparagus and edamame beans.
3. Add thyme, coriander, and parsley on top.
4. Break the eggs on top carefully.
5. Sprinkle some salt, pepper, oregano, cayenne and bake for 20 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
Egg Salmon Breakfast Spring Rolls

5. Place on a surface. Add the egg and smoked salmon. Add a few bits of grated carrot.
6. Roll them tightly and seal the edges. Serve with coriander leaves.
