Cravings? Unhealthy foods? Preservatives? All of it, we know that its not good to our body but we have no choice because we dont even know what to do! We dont have any idea on how to stop those three unhealthy eating. That is why I am here, bringing this book and hoping you will start your journey on doing a diet.

Plant-based Diet. As the name suggests, its a diet high in fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and wholegrains, although it includes everything from a semi-vegetarian diet through a vegan diet and even towards a raw vegan diet if you really want (although please be aware that we havent included many raw vegan recipes in this book).

Depending on your philosophical approach, you may choose to limit or even eliminate foods like meat, dairy, eggs, honey and even their derivatives such as gelatin.

It really comes down to you- you can shape your plant-based diet to be however you want.

Go 100% plant-based, opt for a vegetarian diet or even just fill your diet with tons of plants and eat small amounts of animal foods. The choice is yours! By now you know that you do not need to cut meat out completely from your diet if considering a plant-based diet, you are just required to make savvier choices when standing in the meat aisle and, of course, if purchasing animal products. I am sure there are many people breathing a sigh of relief regarding the above.

Meat is not bad for you, meat products are rich in vitamins, iron, and protein. However, processed meats such as hams are high in sodium, whereas red meats may be filled with saturated fats. When it comes to your health, both of these should be avoided. Rather, opt for white meats such as fish and chicken. These lower your risk remarkably in reference to chronic disease.

Apart from making more mindful decisions, choosing a plant-based diet will greatly improve your overall health. Filled with plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, seeds, and nuts, one will always be left feeling satisfied after a meal.

The reason for considering a plant-based diet is the nutritional benefits it carries. Fresh foods are vital for overall health and provide us with much-needed vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
