1) Chocolate Hazelnut No Bake Cookies
The flavor of hazelnut gives a really delicious taste to these cookie s . These are refrigerator cookies and can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 day s .
Duration: 20 minutes
Makes: 72 serving s .
Ingredient List:
Granulated suga r - 2 cups
Cocoa powde r - 6 tbsp.
Vegetable oi l - cup
Mil k - cup
Quaker oat s - 3 cups
Chopped hazelnut s - 1 cup
Chocolate hazelnut sprea d - 2/ 3 cup
Vanilla extrac t - 1 tsp.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Methods:
Take a saucepan and add in the sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate hazelnut spread and the mil k .
Cook until the mixture comes to boi l .
Boil till 1 whole minute and continue to stir i t .
Remove the pan from heat and cool i t .
Now add in the vegetable oil, Quaker oats, chopped hazelnuts and the vanilla extrac t .
Mix entire ingredients properl y .
Line cookie sheets with waxed pape r .
Drop spoonsful from the mixture and keep them in the fridg e .
You can even store them in air tight container s .
2) Chocolate Pudding No Bake Cookies
These cookies can be made with a variety of flavors in the sense that instead of using chocolate pudding mix, you can use any other flavor of the pudding mix, for instance, vanilla or orang e .
Duration: 25 minutes

Methods:
Take a pan and add in the sugar, butter and milk and bring it to boi l . Boil for 2 minute s .
Turn off the heat and cool slightl y .
Add the chocolate pudding mix, oats and the vanilla extrac t .
Mix everything well and then drop spoonfu l s on a waxed pape r .
When firmly molded, place in jars and stor e .
3) Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa
An extremely warm and refreshing salad for summer seasons which you can serve with tortilla chips or even fis h .

Diced tomatoe s - 4

In jar, layer half of the avocado, then chopped onion, minced jalapeno pepper, tomatoes and chopped cilantr o .
To make dressing, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice and salt to tast e .
Drizzle dressing into jar and cover with li d .
Refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes before servin g .
