Makes: 2 jars (8 ounces)

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 5 cherries
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon

Direction

  • Deposit 2 tablespoons granola, chia seeds, yogurt, cherries, remaining granola, cinnamon and pumpkin seeds into jar.
  • Refrigerate for a chilled taste.

Blueberry Almond Parfait Recipe

Makes: 2 jars (8 ounces)

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp blueberries
  • 3 Tbsp almonds - crushed
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon granola

Direction

  • Beat yogurt, cream cheese and almonds in a bowl.
  • Layer jar with cinnamon granola and add yogurt on top.
  • Complete with blueberries, scoop of yogurt mixture and additional cinnamon granola.

Raspberry with White Chocolate Parfait Recipe

Makes: 2 jars (8 ounces)

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp fresh raspberries
  • 3 Tbsp pecans
  • 1/3 cup raspberry Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet Lindt White Chocolate Shavings or any brand

Direction

  • Add pecans to jar then yogurts and fresh raspberries.
  • Top with chocolate shavings.

Peach and Coconut Pudding Recipe

Makes: 2 jars (8 ounces)

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • A pinch of shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup sliced peaches peeled and pitted

Direction

  • Combine coconut milk with chia seeds and vanilla in jar till fully blended.
  • Top with peaches and coconut shreds.

Banana Blackberry Pancake Recipe

Makes: 2 jars (8 ounces)

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 medium ripe banana - mashed
  • 2 Tbsp vegan margarine - melted
  • 3 Tbsp blackberries
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk

Direction

  • Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in a mixing bowl till well-mixed.
  • Add in mashed banana, melted butter and milk; incorporate into dry mixture to form batter.
  • Layer blackberries into jars and pour batter over till halfway full to give room for swelling.
  • Microwave for 2 minute on medium-low heat or till pancake sets.
  • Let cool on wire racks and top with cream of choice.

Crisp Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Makes: 14 jars (8 ounces)

Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

For Rolls

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup butter - cubed
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp white sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Kosher salt

For Filling

  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter softened

For Icing

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 Tbsp whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Direction

For Rolls

  • Mix together all dry ingredients then fold in butter. Mix till dough becomes crumbly.
  • Add in buttermilk and blend till dough becomes smooth.
  • Transfer dough to a floured board and knead for 2 minutes. Roll dough into a big rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

For Filling

  • Mix all filling ingredients together and spread equally over rectangular dough.
  • Roll dough vertically away from you and cut into 14 equal sized buns.
  • Place buns in greased jars and bake for 20 minutes in 315oF oven till golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and leave to cool on wire rack.

For Icing

  • Combine sugar and cream in a small bowl till smooth. Stir in vanilla and blend.
  • Spoon icing over cinnamon rolls and allow to set before serving.

Salmon and Eggs Recipe

Makes: 1 jar (8 ounces)

Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of salmon
  • 2 small eggs
  • 1/4 cup cheese - crushed
  • A handful fresh spinach
  • A dash of Salt and pepper

Direction

  • Combine cheese, eggs and spinach in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour into jar and microwave for 1-2 minutes, checking at intervals. Eggs will firm up while cooking and fall back when removed from microwave.
  • Grill or roast salmon till browned. Cut into pieces and spread on top of eggs.
  • Serve at once.

Lunch Jar Recipes
Gluten Free Cereal Recipe

Makes: 1 jar (8 ounces)

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Natures Path Organic Gluten-Free Sunrise Cereal or any other Gluten-Free cereal.
  • 1 small fresh peach diced
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp almonds roughly chopped
  • 2 fresh strawberries diced

Direction

  • Scoop yogurt into jar and layer peaches, 1 diced strawberry, cereal, almonds then remaining diced strawberry on top.
  • Serve at once or refrigerate for a chilled taste.

Brown Rice with Zucchini and Cashew Recipe

Makes: 1 jar (8 ounces)

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 small zucchini sliced vertically and grilled
  • 2 Tbsp raw whole cashews
  • 1 red bell pepper roasted and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/2 cup organic salad greens
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp fresh dill finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Direction

  • Scoop brown rice into jar then zucchini, red pepper, carrots, salad greens, dill, cashews and ground flax seeds.
  • Whip vinegar with sea salt, pepper, olive oil and salt and pour over jar content. Serve at once.

  • 1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded cabbage
