pound smoked sausages
1 teaspoon dried parsley
5 ounces tomatoes

cup chopped onion
7 ounces yellow rice
2 cups water
1-pound peeled shrimp
Directions:
Add water to the skillet and then add onion, sausages, dried parsley, and tomatoes into it.
Now add yellow rice and mix them well. Cook for some minutes.
Now add peas and shrimp and cook for another 15 minutes until rice and shrimp are well cooked.
Turn off the flame and enjoy instantly and serve to your family.
Recipe 02: Shrimp paella

Ingredients:
1 cups of water
5 ounces chicken broth
teaspoon garlic
4 saffron threads
1-pound shrimp
cup rice
5 ounces tomatoes
Directions:
Add rice and water into a saucepan and cook them on a medium flame stove.
Now put shrimp and garlic in a skillet and cook them on a medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes until shrimp changes color to pink.
Add tomatoes, saffron, and chicken broth to skillet and cook for few minutes.
Now add cooked rice into it and cook on low flame.
Enjoy hot.
Recipe 03: Vegan paella

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 onion
2 cups vegetable broth
3 garlic cloves

1 cup rice
1 cup peas
Directions:
Add olive oil to the skillet and saut garlic and onion in it.
Mix red pepper and green pepper and cook for few seconds.
Now add vegetable broth and tomatoes to skillet.
Now add rice and cook them for 5 minutes on medium heat to cook them well.
Add some turmeric, paprika, and salt to the rice.
Add artichokes and peas to the skillet and cook for few minutes to make them soft.
Turn off the heat and serve instantly.
Recipe 04: Saffron and lobster paella

16 shrimps
teaspoon saffron thread
1 onion
2 teaspoons garlic
2 lemons
2 cups rice
5 cups fish stock

1 tablespoon oregano
16 mussels
1-pound snapper
pound shrimp
2 tablespoons olive oil
10 ounces lobster tail
2 tomatoes
1 teaspoons paprika
Directions:
Pour some oil into a pan and add shrimps to it. Fry them and set them aside.
