Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:
soya sauce 1/3 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
Garlic powder 1/3 tbsp.
vegetable oil cup
Salt as required
brown sugar 1/3 cup
Salmon fillets pounds
water 1/3 cup
Directions:
1. Add garlic powder, salt, and lemon peer on salmon fillets to marinate and let it rest on the side.
2. Now mix water, soya sauce, vegetable oil, and sugar in a bowl. Put salmon fillets in this mixture and coat well. Let it rest for 2 hours in the fridge.
3. At medium temperature, preheat the grill.
4. Take out the fillets and brush oil on each of them.
5. Grill the marinated fillets on the grill for 10 minutes and turn the side to cook well from both sides.
6. Now garnish the grilled fillets with lemon and grilled asparagus. Enjoy it with rice or anything you want to have.
Marinated Grilled Shrimp
You will feel pleasure to eat this recipe. It is very easy to cook. Grilling the shrimp gives a mouthwatering texture to the shrimp that you would want to eat instantly.

Garlic minced it in mortar 3 cloves
Chopped basil 2 tbsp.
Olive oil 1/3 cup

Vinegar tbsp.
Fresh peeled shrimp 2 pound
Salt 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon
Tomato puree cup
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients such as cayenne pepper, vinegar, basil leaves, salt, tomato, peeled shrimp, puree or sauce, and garlic and mix them well to coat the shrimp with these ingredients well.
2. Let this mixture rest for half an hour in the fridge.
3. Now preheat the grill at medium temperature.
4. Thread shrimp on griller and grill it for 10 minutes.
5. Serve it with anything you want.
Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
You can easily cook this recipe in few simple steps. This includes cheese that will increase your hunger.

Parmesan cheese cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
Butter cup
Dried basil tbsp.
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp.

Tilapia fillets 2 pounds
Garlic powder 1/8 tsp.
Directions:
1. Grease and preheat the broiler.
2. Mix molten butter, black pepper, salt, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, dried basil, garlic, lemon juice, and onion in a small bowl. Mix them well and leave them for later use.
3. Boil fillets on the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes and turn the sides and again, broil for 3 minutes.
4. Now pour the prepared mixture over grilled fillets and again broil them for some minutes.
5. Enjoy instantly with your favorite sauce or boiled rice.
Orange Tilapia
This dish not only looks satisfying, but the orange flavor will give you a unique taste. It will give a refreshing taste and health benefits as well.

Orange juice 1 cup

Butter 6 tbsp.
Breadcrumbs cup
Tilapia fillets 4
Garlic paste tsp.

1. Pour orange juice into a polythene bag and also put tilapia fillets into it.
2. Shake the bag well to coat the fillets and then put it in the fridge for 3 hours.
