Introduction
Were glad youre here because that means youre not at Red Lobster! While we certainly appreciate the all-you-can-eat seafood days at a discounted rate, the quality isnt always the best. And, when it comes to seafood, why would you have anything less than extraordinary? We know that freshness isnt always possible when you live far from the coast, but even then, were here to show you how to cook amazing seafood dishes with the best ingredients available to you.
To be honest, fresh is always best, BUT we dont really care if youre using frozen, canned, or anything in between. As long as you like it, were cool with it! Because although our cookbook has the word so-fish-ticated in it, were actually not that picky! We want seafood dishes to feel fresh out of the ocean and highlight all of their amazing ingredients, but we dont want to make you feel like you have to go fishing or scuba-diving for hours in order to put something on your plate. That is why weve made sure our recipes are simple, quick, and easy to make for all-level home cooks.
In this cookbook, youll find 30 recipes from salmon and sea bass to shrimp and tuna to keep you munching and with a full belly. If you really wanted to, you could do a sort of 30-day seafood challenge and make a different recipe every day! Its fun, but we know youre going to need a lot of time on your hands for that which you may not have right now. So, for the time being, why not treat yourself to some amazing home cooked seafood whenever you feel like it? Our dishes are so much tastier, healthier and cheaper than any seafood restaurant you know, so why not give them a try?
We promise to take you on a delicious seafood journey, but well leave it at that because if you really needed loads of convincing, you wouldnt be here, right? We know you love seafood, so lets get cooking! With any luck, you may just join us on our next scuba-diving trip for more inspiration for our next cookbook. Good luck!
