Introduction
We cant exactly give you a list but we reckon there is more than one Robin Hood out there today. Whether they steal from the rich to give to the poor, in more than one way, is another thing. Nevertheless, theyre out there; in their suits and ties, in their ponytails and blazers, in their start-ups.
Having said that, they must also be caught up in the same issues most of us are: daily commutes, traffic, oversleeping, all-nighters for last-minute reports, meal prepping, exercising, etc. There are so many things going on its crazy! And, Robin Hoods or not, were all affected by these things to a greater or lesser extent. Thus, The Contemporary Robin Hoods Cookbook is meant to help you get through the tiring but nonetheless necessary task of meal prepping. We know it wont solve all your problems but, hey, one less thing to worry about is one less thing!
As soon as you finish reading this, head to the kitchen and get started on your favorite (or the easiest) recipe! Weve got 5-minute recipes all the way up to 1 hour, so theres really no excuse for not prepping your meals for the week in advance. Plus, the simple ingredients used (inspired largely by the lack of variety and selection during the Middle Ages) mean youll spend more time actually cooking than scouting the supermarket for weird ingredients. So, get cooking and eating because every minute counts, and every minute not spent doing something good for the world or you, is a minute wasted. Remember, in this world of chaos, becoming Robin Hood (sans the stealing) is necessary in order to make a difference.
