Introduction
We saw the sweat on your forehead. Yup, we saw you wipe it. Its not hard to tell youre a newbie at this whole low-carb dessert business. Not because youve got a terrible poker face, but because we stood right where you were a couple of years ago, so we know how daunting the thought of making low-carb desserts can be. Its not difficult, but we werent experienced bakers before so that it was twice as difficult. Fortunately for us, we found a cookbook as old as time that helped us through the journey until we became the low-carb experts we now are!
This isnt that old cookbook that got us through the olden days - you know, back when the internet was barely a thing, and smartphones were nowhere to be seen yet. However, this is the twenty-first century version of the cookbook that every low-carb dieter needs to have on their shelf! Were placing all our bets on the fact that youre new at this, but even if you arent so, these recipes are just as useful and delicious for you! They are low-carb desserts you need to get you through the month. Fine, maybe you wont make one every day...but you could!
Just make sure to follow our instructions carefully and measure out the ingredients because, believe it or not, baking is a science. It doesnt mean you cant do your own experiments, but you have to know how things interact before you go in and do anything you want, right? (Oh, the high school chemistry memories!) Thus, try your hand at the recipes a couple of times. Then, you can go ahead and do your own thing; just be mindful of the oven. We dont want any burnt kitchens, alright? But as long as youre aware of this and are ready to follow our advice at least two or three times, then youre all set to begin with this yummy low-carb dessert journey. Good luck!
