Working with Pamela has been a revelation in my physical life. Im a musician in my mid-thirties who sort of let it all go while living life on the road. Despite being a performer, Ive always felt disconnected from my body, and body awareness in the gym is extremely difficult for me. Im a challenging case, but Pamelas gift for sharing her incredible knowledge, even with a total novice, changed the game for me. Working with Pamela for the past year has yielded an extraordinary leap forward in my ability to internalize my workouts, gain a real sense of belonging in my body, and learn to love being engaged in movement and physical health.

Training with Pamela has transformed the way I approach fitness. She taught me the joy and self-fulfillment of developing muscle strength and definition, not so that I looked good (although that has certainly been a positive side effect!), but so that I was better supported in some of my favorite physical activities, from running to hiking to yoga. When I started training with Pamela, I was using apps to count calories; after about a year with her, I stopped counting calories altogether. From our time together, I learned not only how to nourish my body with a balanced diet, but how to listen to what my body was telling me. Perhaps most importantly, Pamela showed me how to push myself but also how to say no, both of which have been valuable lessons outside of the gym. I cant recommend her wisdom and teachings enough!

Working with Pam for the last two years has changed a lot for me because of her holistic view on health and fitness. Without pressure or judgment, Pam has guided me through multiple fitness goals and is always there to celebrate results and strategize during plateaus. She tailors fitness plans according to who you are and where you are in lifemind, body, and soul.

What you are holding is a tour de force encompassing not only fitness but also nutrition, mindset, and keys to longevity. I went to the gym for decades; you name it, I tried it. I never saw substantial positive results until I started working regularly with Pam. Her commonsense approach produces results built to last. Pams pedagogical foundation is intention, deliberation, and well-researched empirical data: a winning combination. From proper exercise technique to fitness knowledge, working with Pam will reassure you that you truly knew nothing before Pam.

Ive worked with Pam as my personal trainer for over a year. Shes incredibly knowledgeable and client focused. Shes helped me gain strength, lose a few pounds, and just start enjoying working out again after an injury derailed my physical fitness. Highly recommend her!

Ive been training with Pam for three years, and her preparedness, knowledge, and professionalism have always impressed me. She effectively combines physical, nutritional, and mental aspects to create an individually tailored program. She helped me prepare for two separate, intense Grand Canyon backpacking trips by creating a program to focus on the exact strength, balance, and cardio Id need for such a grueling adventure. Whether training for backpacking, marathons, or just general fitness, she listened to my goals, helped me find focus, and brought a bit of fun into being healthy.

Pamela does an excellent job of helping you become more cognizant of your body. For someone who works a desk job, I very often have struggled with keeping a proper posture, but through training with Pamela, I not only have been able to feel healthier and stronger but am able to break out of patterns that I have held onto for years, due to her form-focused approach as well as interconnected knowledge of anatomy. Training with her has been a life-changing experience, and I couldnt ask for a more patient, kind, and caring coach on my fitness journey.

Working out with Pam has changed my life and my relationship with exercise, forever. When I met Pam, I had some old injuries and had resigned myself to a certain set of limitations. She has helped me get stronger, more flexible, and most importantly, to really take pleasure in movement and exercise. She knows so much about how the body worksnot just anatomy and physiology, but nutrition, psychology, and motivation. The fitness industry has more than its fair share of charlatans and body-shamers. For anyone sick of that, I wholeheartedly recommend Pam, whose approach is based on encouragement, positivity, and making changes by tapping into your own values and motivation.
