Ingredient List:
  • Almond flour, 1 cups
  • Pecan meal, cup
  • Artificial sweetener, 2 Tbs.
  • Butter, 1/3 cup
  • Cream Cheese Layer:
  • Heavy cream, cup
  • Powdered artificial sweetener, cup
  • Vanilla, teaspoons
  • Cream Cheese, 1- 8 oz. pkg., at room temperature
  • Pudding Layer:
  • Heavy cream, 1 cups
  • Almond milk, cup, Unsweetened
  • Artificial sweetener, cup
  • Dark chocolate, 3 oz., sugar free
  • Butter, 2 Tbs.
  • Vanilla, 1 teaspoon
  • Whipped Cream Layer:
  • Heavy Cream, 1 cups
  • Artificial sweetener, 2 Tbs.
  • Vanilla, teaspoons

Preparation:
Prepare crust and bake for 15 minutes. Mix the cream cheese layer ingredients and pour over the crust. Melt chocolate and add the other ingredients for the pudding layer. Pour on top of cream cheese layer. Mix the ingredients for the whipped cream layer. Pour on top of chocolate layer. Shave some dark chocolate and sprinkle over top layer.

Ingredient List:
  • Artificial sweetener, 4 teaspoons
  • Cornstarch, cup
  • Salt, teaspoons
  • Milk, 3 cups
  • Coconut, 1 cup, unsweetened
  • Pie Shell, 1 9-inch, baked
  • Whip Cream, for topping
