She is a lawyer, television host, and professor. She is the wife of University of the Philippines President and lawyer Danilo Concepcion. She has been Chef Reggies student since 2003.

More credit should be given to Chef Reggie. I started taking her classes in 2013. I thought it would be one of those one or two classes kind of deal. Little did I know that I would meet a whole new family of like-minded friends, Chef Reggie included. Ive learned so much from her classes that I havent learned in culinary school. She has taught me how to trust my palate. Knowing her impeccable taste in food, this cookbook will prove to be a keeper.

Chef and owner of Stevies Hainanese Chicken, he has been a student of Chef Reggie since 2013.

After just one class, I saw that Chef Reggie had a unique approach to sharing her knowledge. She teaches and cooks with love and passion. Chef Reggie is a bottomless pit of new ideas, new recipes, and information. She is brilliant! She is a genius. Her creativity surpasses that of anyone I know. Everything is in her head. In fact, she does not need recipes to guide her in teaching us.
