Martha Stone is a chef and also cookbook writer. She was born and raised in Idaho where she spent most of her life growing up. Growing up in the country taught her how to appreciate and also use fresh ingredients in her cooking. This love for using the freshest ingredients turned into a passion for cooking. Martha loves to teach others how to cook and she loves every aspect of cooking from preparing the dish to smelling it cooking and sharing it with friends.

Martha eventually moved to California and met the love of her life. She settled down and has two children. She is a stay at home mom and involves her children in her cooking as much as possible. Martha decided to start writing cookbooks so that she could share her love for food and cooking with everyone else.

Indian Vegetarian Paleo Recipes are delicious, healthy dishes for every one of all ages. The term Paleo refers to the nutrition and the Paleolithic diet is the nutritional diet with all its healthy ingredients of this modern era, 21st century.

These Indian Vegetarian Paleo dishes have no cholesterol, no carbohydrates, and no fat; instead it has proteins, vitamins and minerals which we need in our daily life. These dishes are so simple, healthy and at the same time very much delicious and with all its nutritional benefits, it tastes very good.

Beans-carrot stir fry is a colorful and very healthy dish. Adding eggs to these vegetables gives an awesome taste. If you taste it once, you want to have it daily due to its delicious taste.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Serving People:

Ingredients:

  • Beans 4 oz
  • Carrot 2 (medium sized)
  • Eggs. 4
  • Onion 1
  • Mustard seeds tsp
  • Chana dal tsp
  • Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves cup
  • Green chilies 2


Preparation method:

In a pan, heat oil. Add Chana dal, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Mix it well.

Add the onions, green chilies and fry it till it turns brown. Now add the beans, carrot, and salt and mix everything well.

Add little water to make the vegetables boil. And add the eggs. Cook on a medium flame. After getting the eggs half boiled, stir it so that eggs will be mixed with all vegetables properly. After a minute, stir it for 2-3 times.

Delicious carrot beans egg stir fry is ready!!

Usually, Bitter gourd dishes will taste bitter but this Bitter Gourd Stir fry taste so delicious that you cant believe yourself. It is very healthy for diabetes and not only the diabetic patients but everyone love to have it.

Preparation time: 35 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Serving People:

Ingredients:

  • Bitter Gourd 5 oz (sliced)
  • Curd cup
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Turmeric Powder tsp
  • Chili Powder tsp
  • Coriander Powder tsp
  • Ginger Paste tsp


Preparation Method:

Soak the bitter gourd slices in curd and salt for about half an hour. Drain all the curd and wash the bitter gourd using water and drain all.

In a pan, heat oil, add the washed bitter gourd slices and add the ginger paste, and mix it well.

Cook for a minute. Add the chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, mix it and stir it well.

Cook on a medium flame and leave it for 2 mins and turn the bitter gourd slices on other side.

Broad beans stir fry is a healthy dish packed with full of nutrition. It is highly stuffed with protein and looks very beautiful.

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Serving people:

Ingredients:

  • Broad beans 4 cups (sliced)
  • Onion 1 medium sized (sliced)
  • Mustard seeds tsp
  • Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  • Urid Dal 1 tsp
  • Chana Dal 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 5 or 6
  • Coconut Powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Chili powder tsp


Preparation Method:

Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, urid dal, chana dal. Let the dals get slightly brown and then add the onion and curry leaves. Fry the onions till it gets brownish.

Add the sliced broad beans and stir it. Add salt, chili powder and mix it well. Cook on a medium flame. Sprinkle a little water on the broad beans mixture. Close the pan with a lid.

After one minute, stir it well. If the broad beans are not cooked well sprinkle some more water and close the lid for one more minute.

Mouthwatering Broad Beans Stir Fry Recipe is ready to taste!!

  • Broccoli florets 6 oz
  • Onion 1 (medium-sized, sliced)
  • Ginger Paste tsp
  • Garlic Paste tsp
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Mustard Seeds tsp
  • Chana Dal tsp
  • Green chilly 1
  • Coconut Pieces 4-5(Small)
  • Olive oil 4 tbsp


Preparation Method:

In a pan, heat oil and fry the coconut pieces and keep it aside to cool. After the coconut pieces get cool, blend it into a powder using a blender.
