You would have watched millions of TV shows, where the families always get together to share a meal! This would also mean that you would have to cook an enormous meal for which you have absolutely no time!
The good news is that there are certain gadgets that you could use in order to cook these elaborate meals within no time at all! The electric cooker is the king or if you say, the queen of all such gadgets! This book contains a few amazing recipes that you could prepare using an electric cooker.

Chapter 1: Electric Pressure Cooker Breakfast Recipes
Lemon Berry Steel Cut Oats
Ingredients:
- 8 tbsp. sugar or sweetener of your choice to taste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 12 cups water
- 4 tbsp. lemon zest, grated
- 4 cups steel cut oats
- 2 cups half and half
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 4 cups cranberries and strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup chia seeds
Method:
- Choose the Saut option and let the cooker pre heat.
- Now add the butter to the pot and wait till it melts. Once the butter has melted, you will need to add the oats to the cooker and stir them well till the oats look like they have been toasted.
- Add the half and half, the water and the sugar to the pot and mix the ingredients well. Now add the salt and the zest of lemon to the pot and continue to stir the ingredients well. You will need to cover the lid of the pressure cooker and cook the ingredients on High pressure.
- Cook the ingredients for ten or fifteen minutes.
- Once the cooking time is over, you will need to wait for the pressure to release and will then need to remove the lid.
- Add the berries and the chia seeds to the cooking pot and mix the ingredients well. You will need to remove the oats from the cooking pot and let them cool to room temperature.
- Serve the oats warm with milk and maple syrup. You could choose to add a few nuts to the oats and serve.
Potato Bacon Hash Browns
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds russet potatoes, washed, peeled, grated, rinsed
- 1 1/2 pounds bacon, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
