Introduction
Do you like camping or hiking holidays? Do you like to barbecue or grill? Do you like to cook for friends and family and eat together outdoors? Do you like delicious and tasty food?
If you have answered yes to any of those questions above, you will be very glad that you downloaded this book. The thing about grilling, barbecuing or having guests over for a cookout is that it's time-consuming, and there's always so much mess to clean up afterwards. Right?
Wrong!
All of the recipes in this book are easy to prepare, can be made ahead of time and make cleaning up super-fast and easy. What's more, the recipes are delicious and quick to prepare. They use an added secret ingredient, well it doesn't go IN the food, it goes around it, keeping it fresh, keeping it all together, ready for the moment it needs to be cooked. If you read the title of this book, you'll know the secret ingredient just mentioned. That's right...FOIL!
Most of the recipes in this book will take about 10 minutes to prepare and less than an hour to cook. Many will take less than half an hour, and the quantities can be increased of reduced to compensate for the number of guests you're expecting. They are so versatile that even if it rains on the day, you can cook them in the comfort of your own home in your oven. What could be more convenient than that?
The most dreaded part of any get-together is the cleaning up afterwards but with these recipes, there will be very minimal clean-up as many can be eaten directly from the foil or the foil can be used as serving dishes to cut down on the amount of washing up.
In this book you'll learn:
- How to get started with foil cooking.
- How to make different foil packages.
- Best practices to follow.
- Common mistakes to avoid.
- Recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

- The Tent when you want the air to circulate, or you need the food inside to steam cook.
- The Cover this is when the foot needs to be wrapped tightly to ensure it's protected from the heat but needs to cook all the way through.
The Packet
To make a packet just follow these simple steps:
- Cut the desired length of foil.
- Lay the foil flat and spray with oil.
