Get the Focus You Need to Take Your Career to the Next Level and Achieve the Financial Freedom Youve Always Dreamed About...

Most entrepreneurs start a business so they can have full control over their life. However... they end up saying YES to every opportunity and becoming bottlenecked with too many responsibilities. This was my biggest problem before I met Craig and it limited my ability to have MAJOR breakthroughs. One of the most valuable lessons that I learned from The Perfect Day Formula was to keep a strict schedule. It seems counter-intuitive, but structure creates more freedom in your life. Keeping a schedule and prioritizing the most important action steps have made a huge impact in my business. In the last year I was able to have 4 massive product launches (each one bigger then the last) and net over $2 million! This has given me the financial - and time - freedom that I had always dreamed about. And thanks to Craigs system I have an even bigger plan in place to take my business to the next level. If you want the focus and strategy you need to dominate in your career, then Craigs Perfect Day Formula for you! - Tyler Bramlett, best-selling fitness expert

Praise for The Perfect Day Formula

Everybody wants to live the perfect life but fail to understand you do that by designing and living the perfect day, day after day. This book shows you exactly what you have to do to create that day.

Larry Winget, Six time NYT/WSJ bestselling author of Grow A Pair, social commentator and television personality

Craig Ballantyne was the first person to push me on the importance of creating my Perfect Daya habit that is the secret behind all of my accomplishments. He is always an inspiration. As a busy mom of two young kids, I strongly believe this book is required reading if you wish to accomplish something big!

Diana Keuilian, author of The Recipe Hacker

Like his site Early To Rise, Craig's book relies on ancient wisdom and classic thinkersincluding my favorite, the Stoicsto help you organize your day and run your life.

Ryan Holiday, author of The Obstacle Is The Way

Before implementing Craig's easy to use principles, I was always begging for more time. Running a 7-figure business was not just taking over my ability to take care of my health, but was taking up any time I was able to spend with my husband and kids. That was until Craig came to the rescue. Using Craig's Perfect Day Formula I am now able to successfully run and grow my business, have time to exercise and eat healthy every day, and end my work day at 3pm to spend the rest of the afternoon with my husband and kids. Thank you Craig for showing me that life can be filled with Perfect Days!

Isabel De Los Rios, Author and Co-Founder of BeyondDiet.com

Utilize his Perfect Day formula for controlling what YOU can control and expect to live a life in which you are healthier, wealthier, wiser, and above all, happier than you might ever have expected you could be!

Bob Burg, co-author of The Go-Giver

Craig's idea of having a 'not-to-do list' created a powerful, lasting improvement in my productivity. Craig's mastery of critical life skills is one of the many reasons why I invite him to speak at my youth entrepreneurship events each year.

Preface: The Perfect Day

First say to yourself what you would be; and then do what you have to do.

Epictetus

I magine for a moment what a perfect day would look like for you. Picture the most productive day youve ever had, and then imagine having that every day. For most of us, our perfect day is one where the tasks we accomplish are about more than just getting through the day, but rather about moving ahead in dramatic leaps and bounds toward our big goals and dreams.

It might be hard to imagine in your current state of affairs. But try. Take a leap of faith and visualize what such a day would look like.

On this hypothetical perfect day, what time would you get up? What would be the first and most important thing you do? How would your morning go? What would you doand not doafter lunch? What time would you get home to your family? What would the atmosphere and conversation be like around the dinner table? What would you do in the evening hours as you reflect back on this perfect day? And what would be the last thing you do before you drift off to sleep?

Again, it may feel like a stretch to imagine such a day now. But most of us have, at least on occasion, experienced bits and pieces of a perfect day and wondered what it would be like to have that sensation all the time.

You know what Im talking about. Often, it happens like this: For whatever reason, you wake up earlier than usual and get out of bed. Its a workday, so you either get a head start at home or go into the office long before everyone else arrives. As you start your work, free of distraction, you find it easier to quickly enter your flow. Thirty minutes, an hour, maybe even two hours fly by with you barely noticing.
