- cup Vanilla Frosting
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 package Yellow Cake Mix
- 5 ounces chopped Maraschino Cherries, chopped
- cup Butter, melted
- 12-ounce Can Crushed Pineapple
- 2 packs of White Candy Melts
- 1 tsp Canola Oil
Preparation: Strain the pineapple over a mesh strainer to squeeze out most of the liquid.
Prepare the cake according to the cake mix instructions. Use the pineapple juice from the can instead of water. Crush the baked cake in a large bowl. Mix the butter and brown sugar and add to the bowl. Add the chopped cherries and frosting. Stir with your hands and make balls out of the mixture.
Arrange them on a lined tray and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Melt the candy melts and mix with the oil. Dip the balls in the melted white chocolate and arrange them back on the tray. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before consuming. Serve and enjoy.

Preparation: In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and cookie crumbs. Make 48 balls out of the mixture. Arrange on a lined tray and freeze for about 10 minutes. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave and combine it with the peanut butter. Dip the balls in the mixture.
Top each ball with a cookie half. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving. Enjoy.

Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease one 9x13-inch baking dish (or 24 muffin tins). In a large bowl beat the eggs, sugar, and oil. Stir in the pumpkin puree. Sift the flour and mix in the baking powder, salt, baking soda, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool to room temperature before crumbling the cake into a large bowl.
Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese with the butter and confectioners sugar and add this mixture to the bowl. Combine with your hands and make balls out of the mixture.
