Recipe 1 - Zucchini Chocolate Bread
Adding cocoa to your bread recipes is never the wrong decision who does not love a slice of sweetened chocolate bread.
Yield: 10 - 12
Preparation Time: 50 minutes
List of Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cups flour
- teaspoon nutmeg
- cup of cocoa powder
- cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- cup of dark brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups zucchini, shredded
- 1 cups of chocolate chips

How to Cook:
1. Prepare your oven by preheating to 350 F. Spray a 9 x 5 bread loaf pan with cooking spray, lightly flour the bottom. Set aside.
2. Combine all of the dry ingredients - the spices, salt, cocoa powder, flour, both the baking powder and soda in a medium to a large bowl. Set aside.
3. Cream together the softened butter and the sugars. Next, add the eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, and oil.
4. Now, you will want to slowly mix the dry ingredients 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup at a time to the bowl of wet ingredient mixture. Mix until well incorporated. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
5. Pour the Zucchini Chocolate Bread batter into the prepared bread loaf pan. Top with the remaining chocolate chips.
6. Bake your bread for 45-50 minutes until a fork comes out clean.
7. Cool on wire rack.
Recipe 2 - Raspberry Lemon Banana Bread
Sometimes the best bread is a combination of lovely flavors that just go so well together. This bread combines raspberries and bananas with a hint of lemon inside a moist loaf. You will love this.

- 4 tablespoons of butter, softened
- 2 cups of flour
- cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup of sugar
- cup of brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- cup of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- cup of raspberries
- 2 bananas, ripe and mashed

How to Cook:
