This cookbook takes flavoring seriously and tries many ways to add distinct and sweet-smelling aromas to your oils.

Herbes de Provence Infused Oil
This classic French take gives you an array of flavors from different herbs.
Makes: 2 cups
Cook Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
1 cups grapeseed oil
cup extra virgin olive oil
2 shallots, quartered and pressed
3 garlic cloves, peeled and pressed
1 tbsp dried Herbes de Provence
1 tsp black peppercorns
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
2. Mix and place over low heat for 10 minutes.
3. Turn heat off and let oil cool completely.
4. Strain oil through a fine mesh and preserve in airtight oil bottles or jars.
5. Keep for up to 3 months.
Rosemary Garlic Olive Oil
This oil is perfect for steaks. Use it during or after cooking for elevated flavors.
Makes: 2 cups
Cook Time: 10 mins

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
2. Mix and place over low heat for 10 minutes.
3. Turn heat off and let oil cool completely.
4. Strain oil through a fine mesh and preserve in airtight oil bottles or jars.
5. Keep for up to 3 months.
Lemon-Infused Olive Oil
Get some tang into olive oil. It is an excellent drizzle on salads.
Makes: 1 cup

Habanero-Infused Oil
This oil smells so good and embodies the right heat. It is a good one to have at home for a heat touch on foods.

1. Add half of chives with remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
2. Place over low heat for 10 minutes.
3. Turn heat off and let oil cool completely.
4. Strain oil into a blender and discard chives and bay leaves.
5. Add remaining chives to blender and process until smooth.
6. Strain mixture through a fine mesh and preserve in airtight oil bottles or jars.
