Introduction
Sorbets are the perfect summer treat. They are mostly fruity and refreshing to give you some cool on any hot day.
Sorbets being ice cream look-alikes are perfect for anyone with lactose intolerance, so you can enjoy the ice cream-like dessert without tummy troubles. They come in handy as a snack or a dessert and are ready quickly. They require little effort to make but when ready, pack a bunch of excellent flavors and tastes.
We love sorbets so much and find that they are an intelligent way to get kids to enjoy fruit when they refuse a whole piece. Just blend them up!
In this cookbook, we share thirty simple yet delicious sorbet recipes for many days of enjoyment.
