The first 7 days were really exciting for us,and then followed three days of going with the motions. After thatwe were reminded that we didnt have to do this and that if we weresuffering through it, then maybe we were doing it wrong. I then gotthe prayer book for my wife and we used it together with the 21days of sex book. As they say; if you want it bad enough, you willmake it happen. Day 28 was our graduation day! (They used the 28day sex challenge) We graduated in style. We checked into a hotelbecause we didnt want to clean up afterward. Today set your clock to 30 minutes of timedsex. This time, breathe in union as you love each other. Do themissionary position and match each others breathing. Breathe inand breathe out together.

Quickies when done well can be fun! Pick arandom place in the house that you are both not comfortable withand go as fast as you can. This can be close to the front door(please close the door, lol), bathroom, toilet, kitchen, etc. Seeif you can clock it in less than two minutes! 3-2-1-Go!

Today is wifes day. Make love with the womanon top. This can be a missionary position, saddling like a horse,reverse cow girl, etc., as long as it is the woman on top. Theperson on top dictates how deep and fast you go. Ready? Go!

Not literally. Today is the day you sleep ina different room. You can book yourselves a hotel, switch roomswith the kids, sleep in the living room, and sleep in the kitchen,or whatever, as long as you are sleeping in an unfamiliar room. Goon and make love in an unfamiliar environment.

Today, have sex and speak out yes to eachother. With each thrust from your partner, whisper yes. Be sureto be communicating with your partner. Time your yesses as you makelove.

Wear socks, preferably tight socks, tie eachothers ankles together, right leg goes with partners left leg,left leg goes with partners right leg. You can use t-shirts orneck ties for this. Wearing tight socks is said to re-orientate thebrain because of the slight changes in blood flow. WARNING: Do notuse any of the apparels if you have heart or sugar conditions.

The 28 day sex challenge is spectacular. Wehave used this 28 day sex challenge twice now and in bothinstances, day 7 was sort of a cut off day. We have refocused ourintentionality of going through the challenge and our reasons forthat. We have deepened our love and affection for each other inamazing ways. It brought out the best sides of both my wife and I.We have become better in our communication and our marriage is muchbetter. The sex was great, but the silly suggestions were mostamazing!
