Introduction

I Lost the Weight and You Can Too!

It seems like forever, but I finally did it! And it was worth it! I have released the weight for good. Please dont misunderstand, I still follow the exact same program described in this book to stay at this weight. Every day I still focus on making the right choices. I can never eat the way I used to eat and weigh what I want to weigh and be happy with my weight. Change has to be permanent.

My journey is a wild ride. I was up, I was down. I was nonstop fighting with my weight for almost 50 years. I joined WW (formerly Weight Watchers) under at least 8 different names to avoid the embarrassment of having to admit I was back to take the weight off again.

Once I committed to this program and the weight started coming off, I had to share it with the world. I have many Facebook groups and coaching groups to help people just like you give up on the excuses and start a new way of living and eating.

Judi is the best Excuse Buster. If I gained or stalled, she always made me feel encouraged but at the same time strongly encouraged accountability and transparency in analyzing if I had an excuse. Her coaching encouraged me to look within for those excuses and bring them into the light so I could move forward. These excuses were light bulb moments, and we often had a giggle over them especially when she would call herself an excuse buster because she had already thought of them all or made up herself. - Patrice
