Ive always known that writing a book about T-Tapp would not be easy, but writing and publishing it within a year would have been impossible had it not been for my co-author, Barbara Smalley, my publicist, Kitty Eatherly, and our incredible agent, Heide Lange. Kitty, your title as publicist doesnt nearly indicate the amount of work you did in helping to write this book, and no one can type as fast as I can talk except you.

I first met Teresa Tapp when I was assigned to write an article about T-Tapp for Womans World magazine. After several in-depth interviews with herand hearing many of her success storiesI couldnt believe she had not shared her workout with the rest of the world by writing a book. When she agreed to let me help her with this project, I felt extremely honored, and what began as a business collaboration quickly blossomed into a friendship. Teresa, what a privilege it has been getting to know you. Your knowledge of the human body and your expertise in health and wellness never cease to amaze me!

There are just two names listed on the cover of this book, but in all fairness, Kitty Eatherlys name belongs there as well. Aside from being a crackerjack publicist, Kitty was instrumental not only in helping us to meet tight deadlines, but also in coordinating T-Tapp contests that enabled us to share our latest and greatest success stories. Kitty, its rare to click so quickly with someone, and Ill always treasure our work sessions at the land. (Oh no, the laptop crashed again!)
