I wasnt always a trained chef. Before I went to culinary school, my skills in the kitchen were pretty unreliable, and my Sweet 16 birthday cake was the epitome of my amateur baking career at my uncles bakery. Since I insisted on baking it without any help, you can imagine what it turned out like I eye-balled all the measurements, made up amounts for things like baking powder and salt, and even decided to throw more butter in just because I thought it would make it better. Unfortunately, my unlimited passion wasnt very fruitful in the end. It was delicious, though, in its way.
Regardless of the kind of home cook you are, Im sure the free ebooks I will send out will excite you equally! Theyre full of recipes that have been developed and tested by pro cooks so that you never end up with less than perfect versions of delicious treats like my birthday cake. All you need to do is subscribe to my mailing list to get the ebooks sent to you right away, and you can start cooking. Good luck!

The batter has so much potential were so happy someone decided to dress it up so much that we arrived in all of the recipes in your hands right now. While were kind of sorry that you do need a waffle iron for all of our waffles, isnt it a necessary condition for all good waffles? Its time to get yours out right now!
It might not be breakfast right now, but weve made sure it doesnt have to be for you to enjoy a waffle anymore because weve come up with some savory versions too! The jalapeno beer waffle is one of our favorites! Nonetheless, feel free to customize the recipes to your liking. As long as you keep the batter the same and only change the add-ins, everything should turn out fine, so why dont we start experimenting?
Even if youre not ready to stray from our recipes, weve provided you with enough to keep you busy and well-fed for a while. If you eat more or less, just feel free to reduce or double the measurements by half! It really doesnt get any harder than that because the waffle iron does all the hard work for you when it comes to waffle-making. What are you waiting for? The waffle gods are waiting for you to soon earn a place among them. Yup, they know just so much you love waffles, so dont keep them waiting long. Good luck!
