An RV is a recreational vehicle. It is a trailer or motor vehicle which consists of a living space that is ideal for accommodation. RVs come in various types including campervans, motorhomes, truck campers, fifth-wheel trailers, and others. We will be taking a more extensive look at these later on in the book.
Now that we have this covered, lets take a look at what the RV lifestyle is all about.
M any people typically think that RVing is for retirees who have saved for ages to be able to live in an RV full-time. Although a considerable portion of RVers consists of retirees, families, and individuals from all walks of life are getting into the RV lifestyle.
Many people have left their homes and some have sold it all in a bid to live in an RV full time.
Regardless of if you are 20 or 70, have a full-time job or are a retiree, there are others like you out there enjoying the RV lifestyle.
The RV lifestyle is filled with so much fun and excitement. Also, there is a tremendous amount of freedom that comes with it. There is this thrill you feel knowing that you can take time off anytime you want. These are just a few of the benefits you stand to gain from getting into the RV lifestyle.

Insane amount of Freedom!
T his is one of the most obvious reasons to get into full-time RVing. When you sign a lease on a home, what it implies is that you are going to remain in that same environment for the length of the contract.
However, those living in an RV full-time have the flexibility to pick up their things and move whenever they desire. If a new temporary job opportunity shows up in a different part of the country, they will be able to pack up their homes and head to the new location.
