WARRIOR TIP: The best things in life are fond memories and moments that you will remember until the end. You cant take material things with you when you die. Those things we believe are so important will inevitable get old, go out of style or fade away. You can only have so much money and then what? What is money to you if you dont have someone special to share it with? The only things that matter are what you can feel in your heart. Moments that make you smile when you think of them, things that stay in your mind when you think of them, things that will never be forgotten. Those are the most beautiful things in life, so cherish them forever.

WARRIOR CHALLENGE: I challenge you to write down ten of the best memories of your life and keep them in a journal. As the days go by, write down the memories and the special moments that make you smile. Dont ever forget them.

WARRIOR 2

WARRIOR TIP: Love doesnt come very often but, when it comes, savor the moment. We always talk about what were going to do tomorrow or for our birthdays, holidays and special days but we actually miss out on all the wonderful things that we can do today. Tomorrow isnt promised and nothing is forever. When you are in love, live in the moment. Dont waste time. You never know what tomorrow may bring and it may not even come so when you have a true love, live in the moment.

WARRIOR CHALLENGE: I challenge you to live in the moment with your true love. Whatever you were planning in the future, move it up earlier. If you are going to have a fancy dinner in the future, move it to have a nice dinner in the now. Why wait to have great moments, fun times and good memories? You dont have to go on a fancy expensive vacation to enjoy each other. Have a picnic in the park, or bike riding or make dinner together. Those are great memories. I challenge you for the month to think of different things you can do with your partner and do them. NOW.

WARRIOR 3

WARRIOR QUOTE: In order to move forward and be happy in your life you have to love yourself first. Bershan Shaw

WARRIOR TIP: Happiness in your life begins with you. We are our biggest critics. We beat ourselves up all the time saying we are too fat, too skinny, not smart enough, too demanding, not loving, too selfish, too arrogant or whatever we can think of thats negative that we can say about ourselves. We have to love who we are and whom weve become and take the steps to change ourselves if we want to. We cant change if we are too tall or too dark or not light enough or not outgoing, but we can attempt to change our behavior, attitude and the way we look at ourselves.

WARRIOR CHALLENGE: I challenge you to say only positive things about yourself for one week. Dont criticize yourself, dont say anything bad, and when you find that you are doing it change your thoughts to positive thoughts like, I AM ENOUGH and I AM HAPPY WITH WHO I AM. This may be difficult but I challenge you to do it. Lets get going.

WARRIOR TIP: Love is something that everyone needs to experience even if it doesnt turn out the way you wanted or expected it to. Dont be afraid to love again and dont live in fear. The next time could be the best time or the last time. It is the giving; sharing and being able to be open to someone wholeheartedly that teaches us great lessons about ourselves. Love teaches you to not only care about yourself but to care for others too. So, even if your heart gets broken, the journey that you have taken of being in love and tapping into the joy and happiness is worth it. Its a partnership that everyone should engage in even if it doesnt end up the way you want it to. It was worth it.

WARRIOR CHALLENGE: I challenge you to be open to love. Do not judge and live in fear about loving and giving love. I challenge you to love again, again and again. If you are afraid of giving of yourself or being heart broken, cheated on, lied to or made a fool of, then this challenge is for you because it has happened to the best of us. The pathway we chose was to teach us, show us and guide us to what we want or dont want. It just made us clear about our future. So, I challenge you to open your heart to find love again. If you have been in a relationship that didnt work, take the time to heal but be open to something new. Tomorrow may bring something exciting and its called.LOVE!

WARRIOR TIP: It is human nature to want to rush love, force love and make it happen as quickly as possible because we crave and want it so badly. We want to have someone desire us, need us and want us and its a beautiful thing but where we fault ourselves is when we know its not right but we try to force it anyway. We have a gut feeling when the other person doesnt have the same feelings as we do but we try to push it or rush it and stop it. That person was and is not the right person for you so dont try to put a square in a circle. Let it be because around the corner is your true love.
