Y ou cannot open a book without learning something. Confucious
W hat do you think is the most precious possession to own on the planet? Some people may think of owning a billion dollars, while others may envision a truck full of diamonds, and some may even wish for a lavishly appointed Bugatti or Ferrari. But the reality is this; you are the most valuable creation in the universe. Life is more precious than the sun, moon and stars combine. Most of us would take better care of a Bugatti or Ferrari than we would of ourselves. We would feed those cars supreme fuel, then we turn right around and eat nothing but dry dirt.
We would give up all the wealth in an instant if death knocks on our door which shows clearly that life and health are vastly more important than anything else. Then why be nonchalant about it, why not take great care of ourselves since we are the most precious creation in the universe? You know what, here is a little secret: the success you receive in life is dependent on how well you care for yourself and your commitment to self-improvement.
Yes indeed. I have worked in sales for 20 years, and the more I cared for myself by improving my health and all aspects of my life, the more my sales would massively increase. But whenever I ate junk food and was negligent in my grooming and the way that I carried myself, my sales would suffer, and I would struggle.
The healthier you eat and the more you actively seek to improve your life, the more success you will attain. This book contains the absolute best food to eat, along with the best strategy of how to eat to live abundantly.
The knowledge within this book is of epic proportions, not the typical yadda, yadda, gibberish - but the most profound breakthrough in health and nutrition that is now yours for the taking.
Personal beauty is a greater recommendation than any letter of reference. Aristotle
T he one-meal-a-day concept has been around for thousands of years - it is nothing new. Our ancient ancestors used it for health and longevity.
This ultimate secret that our predecessors have used to live for hundreds of years is now readily available.
Our ancient ancestors lived for an awfully long time on our planet. Many lived to be two hundred, three hundred, four hundred, and even five hundred years old. Methuselah lived to be nine hundred and sixty-nine years old. A matter of fact: a man can live as long as he choose to live, but he must first know how to eat to live to extend life. It starts with one meal per day.
If you think that this is a bit far-fetched, then consider this: if bowhead whales can live for hundreds of years, then what about man? Man is the best and brightest creation, with unlimited potential. A bowhead whale does not have the intellect of reason or the brilliance of mind.
Turtles can survive for hundreds of years. A specimen of the ocean quahog is recorded to be four hundred years old. The scientists have reported some Antarctic sponges that lives to be more than a thousand years - they say that the oldest living animals on the planet are the Antarctic glass sponges that have an estimated lifespan of 15,000 years.
Numerous olive trees are well over 2,000 years old that are still alive today. The oldest tree in Europe is over 5,000 years old and is still alive. There is a tree in Utah that is so old that the scientists are having a hard time determining how old it is. They say that it could be as much as 80,000 years old.
If animals and trees can live for hundreds of years, then so can we. What is needed is the proper knowledge of how to eat to live abundantly.
So many people spend their health gaining wealth, and then have to spend their wealth to regain their health. A.J. Reb Materi
T he more you use anything that is tangible, the more it will deteriorate - especially if it is not given proper rest and restoration.
Here is a good example; to build the muscles, you will need to work-out or put pressure on the muscles. But after the work-out, the muscles will need proper rest. After working the muscles, you must rest so that the muscles can rebuild itself from the previous work. If you consistently work the muscles, you will strain the muscles and ultimately damage yourself. That is why many bodybuilders only work each muscle group once every two or three days.
Eating three or six meals per day puts a lot of pressure on the stomach to digest the constant, excessive amount of food that we eat. Therefore, the body will use up a lot of its energy trying to digest the constant flow of food, and after a time, the stomach gets worn-out - which causes a multitude of problems.
